dark skin friendly foundations

We all know beauty brands are still not full including all the shades that need to be included in their complexion products…in 2025, which makes it extremely difficult (and annoying) for Black women to find suitable make up. Anyway, I have a few brands that I’ve used, currently are using, and some that friends in my shade and darker also use that are deeply loved.

I’m definitely a foundation girlie and will always use foundation. I know concealer as foundation is often a thing, tinted moisturizer, etc., however, I just love foundation as a product and nothing truly serves like foundation does to me. I’ve linked some foundations I currently use, have used, and some recommendations from people close to me.
