flats made their comeback and i’m obsessed

Flats are so back and to be quite honest, I’m not mad about it. I definitely thought for a while that flats were a thing of the past and only really necessary for work or anything related to business wear, but that is clearly not the case. There is such a range of different styles now that flats are pretty much wearable for any occasion from Mary-jane styles, slingback, mesh, and many more. Personally, I love when a trend gives “timeless,” and that’s what flats are to me. What I truly love about the return of flats is that they can be worn literally year-round. They can also be worn in ways to accommodate the weather such as adding tights or socks.

Like I always say, I will gladly participate in a trend if I love it and if it can be something considered timeless in my own closet. They pair so well with jeans, trousers, skirts, dresses, pretty much every clothing item in your closet.
