As we prepare for Fall, some pieces for colder weather can be pretty pricey especially when layering is so common during this season and as we move on to Winter. One rule I live by for my own wardrobe: always have the staples. You need wardrobe staples because you’ll almost always have something to wear.

I am a firm believer in buying affordable, quality clothing because yes, they do exist. Sometimes I do spend a little more money, so I’m not sacrificing quality BUT I also don’t have to buy multiple items at one time. Investing in a single or few quality pieces every few weeks is a great way to build a wardrobe that lasts. This is important when purchasing staples, especially seasonal ones.
